Every Bernice’s Wedding cake starts with a sit down meeting with our wedding Cake Consultant. Every detail is discussed, every option explored.
We start from the inside, and work our way out.
The customer has the opportunity to taste the various cake, filling, and frosting options, in every combination possible, to ensure that nothing is left to chance. From there, the customer can peruse our Wedding Cake photo album to find just the right look, the perfect physical form for their Dream Cake. 
Some brides come in with a drawing, or a photo, or even just a basic idea of how they want their dream cake to look. Not a problem. Custom is standard at Bernice’s (just take a look in the Wedding Cake Galleries if you don’t believe us).
It all adds up to PERFECTION.
From your the first meeting at the consultation, to delivery and set up (if you want) on your Special Day, we ensure that everything is “just so”: no worries, no stress.
