Easter Product at our bakery starts with a song that everyone knows. Won’t you sing along?

“Hot Cross Buns. Hot Cross Buns.”

And there they are at the top of the page. It doesn’t get any more traditional at Easter than good old fashioned Hot Cross Buns. We start with dried Apricots, Figs, Dates, Pineapple and Raisins. Soak them in the BEST Rum we can find (we use Meyer’s) for at least four weeks. Add that Rum soaked Fruit to our best, heavily enriched dough. Roll them carefully into small, flavor packed rounds, and bake them until they’re the PERFECT shade of Golden Brown. Top with a perfectly executed Royal Icing Cross, and you have the most perfect Easter Treat ever invented. They’re only available for three days each year, friends. Also not to be missed, our Annual Easter Egg Decorating Contest. We put all the entries (from kids young and old alike) on shelves in our front window, so everyone who walks by can get a taste of the whimsy.

One Last Thing- Every Easter we put on an Annual Easter Egg Decorating Contest that is boatloads of old school fun. There are categories for every age group (including adults) and Fun Prizes for the winners in each category. Details will become available as we get closer to the actual event…
